A Word From Our CEO

Hello, and welcome to Center State Communications! I would like to first thank you for being a customer of our company. If you are not a customer yet, thank you for visiting our website and considering us for your professional Internet Products and Services.

I'm not normally a fan of "letters from CEOs" in emails or websites - mainly because I don't feel like the CEO is the one writing the letter. However, I'm writing this letter and it's important to me that all of you know that.

I am thrilled to announce that this year marks our 6-year anniversary – that's 6 years that Center State Communications has devoted to building a strong relationship with its clients and their full range of internet and computer services.  In continuing this pursuit, I had contacted many of Center State Communications clients and received a lot of feedback about our service offerings and that has allowed me to better understand your needs and wants.  In 2009, I took all of your input back to my team and began working on several changes within Center State Communications.

Over the past couple of months in 2009, we began to roll out a comprehensive set of service packages and website enhancements that extended the power of our service offerings. All of those changes have since been completed, and we are working on several other areas of our company for the 2010-2011 year to better assist our clients and vendors.

The following service packages and website enhancements added in 2009 were:

• Re-Design and Navigational improvements to all of our web sites.
• Improved Online storage to allow access to files, photos, and documents from any web-based service.
• Service Add-On:  Professional Logo Design & Repair.  Have a new logo made or your existing logo upgraded for your company or professional practice.
  
• Service Add-On:  Comprehensive Security Solutions for Homes, Businesses, Education Institutions and Not-For-Profit Organizations.
• Service Add-On:  Online Shopping Solution to purchase PC Security Solutions.
• Service Removal: Online Shopping Solution to purchase PC Security Solutions due to the release of Microsoft Corporations free Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) software program to keep you safe and secure from Viruses and Spyware/Adware. The release of Microsoft's free MSE program caused a decrease in customers wanting to pay for an alternative yet very reliable service. Center State Communications stands strong on providing their partnered PC Security Solutions to their clients.
• Service Add-On:  Virtual PBX system for Small/Medium Business, Not-For-Profit Organizations and Residential Clients.  VPBX is a phone system providing call routing, VoIP, follow-me calling, voicemail, fax-mail, and ACD queues delivered over the public switched telephone system, that does not require customer-installed equipment.

As always, I am committed to delivering the best service experience to you and your customers. To that end, Center State Communications is investing significant resources in our current infrastructure, data centers and Customer/Technical Support Departments.  Our unique professional and functional solutions will continue to remain as an ongoing cost effective solution that will improve your communication needs and help grow your business.
